Terms of Use

OpenHouse is an open-house sign-in and lead-capture tool for real-estate agents, operated by Amenti Labs. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features require an active OpenHouse Pro subscription.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. If you use OpenHouse as part of a team, the team’s admins may manage roles and access for members.

When you capture visitor information at your open houses, you are the controller of that information and are responsible for handling it lawfully. In particular, you agree to:

• Tell visitors how their information will be used, and obtain any required consent.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you — including marketing and contact rules such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere — before contacting visitors.
• Honor visitors’ requests to access, correct, or delete their information.
• Not collect information from children, and not use the app for unlawful purposes.

Don’t misuse the service: no reverse-engineering except as permitted by law, no attempts to breach security or access data that isn’t yours, no reselling the service without permission, and nothing unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others’ rights.

OpenHouse Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. OpenHouse is a tool for capturing and organizing leads; you are responsible for how you use the information you collect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenHouse and Amenti Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using OpenHouse and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, note them in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
